1. Structure
Plastic tower packing is made of those heat resistant and chem-
ical corrosion resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE),
polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl
chloride(PVC), chloridized polyvinyl chloride(CPVC) and polyv-
inylidene fluoride (PVDF).
2. Features
Plastic packing has the advantages of high void ratio, low press-
ure drop, low mass-transfer unit height, high flooding point,
uniform gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high efficiency
of mass transfer. These various plastic tower packing are widely
used in petroleum and chemical industries, alkali chloride indus-
tries, gas industries and environmental protection industries with
max. temperature of 150℃.

Polyhedral hollow ball, Hollow floatation ball, Pall Ring, Conjug-
ate ring, Cascade mini ring, Intalox saddle ring, heilex ring,
Rosette ring.
