1. Structure
Expansion Teflon self-adhesive tape is a white pure T eflon
product with low density.It features a perfect flexibility,comp-
ressibility,outstanding corrosion resistance,aging resistance,
creep resistance, selflubricating, low friction coefficient and
high tensile strength. It is an ideal sealing product under low
and middle temperature.
2. Features
(1)On the flange surface and irregular sealing of various
(especially nonmetal)piping and pipe fittings.
(2)Various flange surface sealing on enamel lining , glass
lining,plastic lining,rubber lining and impervious graphite
lining of column, heat exchanger and reaction kettle.
(3)Suitable to seal flanges of large diameter vessel with low
surface machining precision,large uneven area,irregular
shape or limited bolt tightening force.
(4)Sealing for intensively corrosive medium or super pure
fluid.
(5)Seal the stuffing of pump and valves.
3. Application
(1)Working temperature: -268 to+316 ℃
(2)Working pressure:5 to 20MPa
(3)Working medium:all but element fluorine,fused alkali metal
such as metallic lithium,chlorine trifluoride and liquid fluorine.
