PTFE tube
|
PTFE tube is obtained with PTFE material through mold-pressing,
sintering and machinery-processing. It is used as insulating cover
for conductor, pipe for corrosive fluids. PTFE tube can resists all
the media with the exception of melted alkaline metals. And it has
high mechanical strength. It can also be used to seal the valve
rod and rotating pump shaft in corrosion-resistant case.

There are two kinds of PTFE rods to offer. One is manufactured
by Paste extruding method in the diameter from 4 to 9 mm and
the other is made by ram extruding method is the diameter from
10to 50mm; rods Over the diameter 50mm are manufactured by
moulding. PTFE is the most chemical-resistant of all known
plastics. It does not age.Applications: Electrical Insulation, seal,
Antisticking materials.
